Can you provide free samples?
Existing stock samples can usually be provided for evaluation, while the buyer covers courier cost or provides a courier account. Custom samples may require sample or tooling fees depending on structure and artwork.
What files are needed for custom logo hardware?
Vector artwork such as AI, PDF, EPS or CDR is preferred. Product photos, physical samples, dimensions and target finish help confirm tooling and quotation.
How long does sampling and production take?
Typical custom sampling can take around 8-10 days after technical confirmation. Bulk production is often around 15-20 days, depending on order quantity, finish and product complexity.
Can plating colors be exactly the same every time?
Electroplating colors can have normal batch differences. A color card or approved sample helps control the acceptable range for repeat production.
What affects custom product price?
Material, size, mold structure, finish, logo process, quantity, packing and inspection requirements all affect the final price.
Which shipping methods are available?
Small samples and urgent goods can ship by DHL, FedEx or other express services. Bulk orders can ship by air, sea or an appointed forwarder depending on destination and timing.
Do you support OEM/ODM orders?
